We are proud to share our strong and diverse presence at the World Federation of Occupational Therapists (WFOT) Congress 2026 in Bangkok, where our team contributed with both oral and poster presentations, highlighting the breadth and impact of our work.
We presented research on occupation-centered interventions, participation in vulnerable populations, and clinical effectiveness in rehabilitation contexts. Our work as a team addressed critical and timely topics such as the experiences of occupational therapy students in role-emerging placements, primary health care in occupational therapy education, and the role of safer spaces in well-being and academic performance of LGBTQIA2S+ students in higher education.
This collective work reflects our ongoing commitment to advancing occupational therapy as a socially responsive, inclusive, and transformative profession.
